Yes, that’s correct, R99 from the smallest to the biggest and everything in between; all our products are delivered for R99 direct to your door, or office, anywhere in South Africa. Sorry, but for now we do not deliver outside of the borders of South Africa. No more unpleasant surprises when paying for your order. No matter where in South Africa, the price you see is the price you pay, simple.


When will you receive your order?

 

Officially delivery takes place within (7-10) working days, however in certain cases a lot quicker when we have all the items for your order in stock. Our courier takes on average two working days for delivery to major centers and three working days for outlying or regional areas. Although we will try and ensure that you receive your order on time, we cannot guarantee it. We kindly request that you ensure you are available at the specified address to receive your order and that you are contactable during business hours so that if issues do arise you can be reached.

We strive to provide the finest quality products and brands to your front door hence the reason we are unable to stock each and every item, which means that sometimes, certain items have to be requested from our suppliers direct or because some of our products are made to order.

Should we be out of stock of an item or there is a delay in the product reaching our premises in time, we will notify you and automatically give you the choice to cancel your order if you are not prepared to wait just that little bit longer, but believe us, it’s worth the wait.

 

Delivery policy

 

Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7-10 days and handed over to a courier company for delivery.

The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User's chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to  info@babyboulevard.co.za.

 

Collections

 

We are strictly an e-commerce business and do not have a showroom. All our products are shipped directly from our warehouse center or from our suppliers.
